Start with the essentials
Sign in to the same account to use one cloud workspace across your computer, iPhone browser, and iOS client.
Sign in
Use email and password or GitHub on the website, or Sign in with Apple in the iOS app. A new account starts with an independent empty workspace. The unsigned demo is stored only in the current browser and is not imported automatically.
Add projects and tasks
Create a project, then tasks. Set their status, importance, urgency, priority, due date, tags, and reminder time.
Use the matrix and calendar
Assign matrix quadrants manually. Seven tasks fit visibly in each quadrant; scroll within it for more. Tasks with a due date appear in the task calendar.

Eisenhower matrix
Group tasks by importance and urgency. Drag a task or change its classification and status in the details.
Task calendar
Switch between month and week views. Create a task from a date; matrix tasks keep their quadrant color.
Reminders
Link WeChat ClawBot for one-time task reminders. DingTalk, Feishu, and WeChat can deliver daily summaries.
Chat and models
Connect your own third-party model after signing in. Conversation context goes to your selected provider; review its privacy terms.
Frequently asked
How do I use it on an iPhone?
Open todo.zailing.ai in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. A native iOS client may be distributed by the developer through Xcode, TestFlight, or the App Store; check the App Store for availability.
Why are my desktop tasks missing on my phone?
Check that both devices use the same signed-in account. The unsigned demo stays on one device and is not merged into an account automatically.
Why did a reminder not arrive?
Check that you are signed in and the channel is linked and enabled. One-time reminders also need a reminder time. Completed tasks are skipped. Use the channel test in Reminder settings.
Can I remove my data?
You can manage individual tasks, projects, conversations, models, and reminder channels in the app. See the account deletion page for the current full-account process.
