Delete your account and data
You can remove individual items in the app. Full account deletion affects your cloud workspace; make sure you no longer need that data before confirming.
Remove individual items
Open a task, project, chat conversation, model setting, or reminder channel in the app and use its delete or unlink control. A revoked MCP token can no longer access your workspace. You can erase the unsigned demo by clearing this browser’s site data.
Delete the full account
- Sign in to Zailing Todo with the account you want to delete.
- Open the in-app account deletion page, verify your identity, and confirm as instructed.
- Read the on-screen scope and irreversibility notice. Content held by third-party providers must be handled under their own policies.
For Apple-only accounts, use the iOS app’s account settings to reverify the same Apple ID and delete the account. Then manually stop using Apple sign-in for Zailing Todo in iPhone Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple; see Apple’s instructions.
